Privacy policy
We ask for as little as we can, use it only to reply to you, and delete it when you ask. Here is the detail.
Last updated 20 September 2026
1. Who this covers
This policy covers Stridr (“we”, “us”) and this website. It explains what we do with the details you send us and what you can ask us to do with them.
It applies to people who contact us through this site. Once we start working together, the agreement we sign with you takes precedence for anything it covers.
2. What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form:
- your name
- your WhatsApp number
- your email address, if you choose to give one (the field is optional)
- your business name and type
- which services you selected, and the message you wrote
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, the page requested, the time) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not set cookies for those purposes.
3. Why we collect it
We use what you send us for one thing: to reply to you and arrange your free consultation.
That means contacting you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email at the details you gave us, and referring back to your message so the conversation starts somewhere useful. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send you anything unrelated to your enquiry.
The legal basis is straightforward: you asked us to get in touch, and we are acting on that request.
4. Who else handles it
Two service providers touch your enquiry, and only to deliver it to us:
- Formspree receives the form submission and forwards it to our inbox. See the Formspree privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider serves this website and keeps the server logs described above.
We do not sell your details, rent them, or share them with anyone else for their own marketing. If a project later needs us to bring in another provider on your behalf, say a WhatsApp Business provider, we will tell you who and why before we do it.
5. Where it is stored
Our providers may store and process data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. We choose established providers that commit to appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
6. How long we keep it
If we do not end up working together, we keep your enquiry for up to 24 months, in case you come back to us, and then delete it.
If we do work together, we keep what the project needs for as long as the project runs, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to.
You can ask us to delete it sooner. See the next section.
7. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your enquiry
- stop contacting you
Just reach us through the enquiry form on our homepage and say what you want. We will act on it within 30 days and we will not ask you for a reason. If you are in India, these rights sit alongside the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
8. Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
9. Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so on the homepage rather than quietly editing it.
Questions about any of this? Please reach us through the enquiry form on our homepage.
